The Saddest thing I’ve seen in Real Estate! Things the real estate world doesn’t want you to see.  We all watch the intense HGTV flipping shows, where people are bidding away to purchase a home for cheap, then turning around and flipping these into beautiful homes. However, what they aren’t showing you is the before these homes go to auction. The families have been torn away from their homes and displaced to the streets, with no way of moving their belongings. As realtors, we do a great job making our lives seem so glamorous and fun, but we do have times where it’s not so fun and very hard to keep doing the job. These are the things we aren’t posting all over social media. The things that make us grateful for what we have and the lives we have created. We go home not wanting to relive that moment of watching these things happen to people.  Take a look into what it’s really like during foreclosures.
