Now let's take a look at what happened in the month of August, the sales are down 1.2%. From 2017 to 2018
we sold 907 properties in 2017 compared to this year of 896. The average closed price went up 11%, in 2017 it was $234,923 compared to this year of $260,812. The median sales price went up 13.5%, in 2017 it was 218,000 compared to this year of 247,500. Inventory is down 27.5%, in the month of August we had 1460 listings giving us a 1.6 month of supply.
