This doesn’t change the level of service we provide to our clients. This was an unexpected change for us and one we weren’t planning on making.
The brokerage that we are with decided they could provide more to their agents if they joined exp to handle the backend freeing up alot more programs and training and focus on getting their agents successful. Once this decision was made we had some decisions to make of our own. While I was at home, Adam was on the phones, doing meetings to decide if this was the right move for us and our team.
Ever since leaving PRS a year ago, we maintained our relationship with another successful husband and wife team The Fowler Group. When we both left they choose to go with EXP and so as we mastermind throughout this last year with each other there were a lot of conversations about the changes, what they liked and didn’t like. What we liked and didn’t like. So when presented with this new choice of change again, we decided that joining ranks in the Fast Forward Movement and collaborating with the Fowler’s here in Spokane, that we will be given guidance to from Successful agents from around the world to mastermind with, get new ideas or even strategies to make our business more successful and continue to provide our clients that next level service.
